Roles and Responsibilities

Our Team Lead role oversees daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of goods. They supervise staff, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and maintain safety and quality standards.

The Team Lead also assists in optimizing processes for maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness, and ensuring efficient and safe distribution processes.

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members understand their responsibilities and performance goals.
  • Foster a positive team environment and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
  • Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: rates starting at $18 / hr but may differ based on previous experience.

Fixed schedule but may require OT when necessary.
